After reading the first book I thought this was an okay series, but it had so many references that it just felt like a parody(Kirihito obviously being Kirito from Sword Art Online.) Setting that aside after reading the description for volume 2, I was certainly less than happy. A telling of what happened in a skipped portion of an already below average novel, I was debating whether I should even really read it.Volume 2 of Paying to Win in a VRMMO covers a bit after the first volume, introduces 2 new characters, and mostly details Ichiro's first week of playing Narofan(Narrow Fantasy Online) which was skipped in the first volume. From one side i'm glad we can cover a huge time skip which had no reason to be skipped, however it could have also meant the author had no ideas and decided to do that. By the end the book was higher than my already low expectations, but it still wasn't that good. If you liked the first volume, you'll like this one too. But if you didn't like the first volume, you might still find this a bit better.
